Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my premium purchase?

Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. This will check your Apple Account for any active subscriptions or lifetime purchases.

Can I use Iqra offline?

Yes. The Quran text, translations, and all reading features work fully offline. Audio recitations require an initial download but play offline once cached.

How do I change the translation?

Tap the overflow menu (three dots) while reading a surah, then select your preferred translation. Free users have access to 14 translations across 13 languages. Premium unlocks all 100+ translations.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Premium → Manage Subscriptions, or open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

The audio isn't playing

Check your internet connection for initial streaming. If audio was working before, try closing and reopening the app. Make sure your device isn't in Silent mode.
